DCS® Cleaning Drum
Due to its compact design the cleaning of the DCS® is fast and simple. The cleaning liquid used to clean the DCS® head, the bellows and the suction lance is collected in a specially designed drum made of SS which is connected underneath the glove box.
The cleaning drum comprises a spray gun with an external connexion for the liquid supply.
The slanted bottom fitted with a manual bottom valve allows for full drainage of the liquid. Additional nitrogen connection enables to inert the drum and the DCS head before cleaning the unit with solvents.
DCS® Dosing
DCS® can be installed on load cells and equipped with special dosing valves in order to empty drums partially and accurately.
The weight can be registered by a weight controller and linked to an external control system, if required. High accuracy can be achieved even with multiple drum changes.
Dosing is done in semi-automatic mode with the possibility of the operator manipulating the lance without risk of overdosing.
DCS® Inerting System

When transferring flammable liquids or products reacting to humidity, DCS® Liquid can be inerted allowing a safe transfer of the liquids under nitrogen conditions.

The system is supplied with an automated valve and adequate pressure control as well as an interlock to guarantee a stable and safe condition in the DCS®.
The nitrogen supply system can be controlled from the local panel located close to the unit.
DCS® Combi-System
DCS® is highly versatile. It can be designed for multiple operations.
The same system can be used for emptying drums and with only few parts to be changed, it is ready for drum filling or even drum sampling.
As the system is mobile, it can be easily moved to different areas of the plant and be adapted to many process requirements.
DCS® Level Probe
In case of drum filling, in addition to the load cells, the system can be equipped with a level probe in order to prevent overfilling.

The level probe is integrated in bellows allowing its containment and manipulation for easy introduction into the drum by using the vent nozzle.
DCS® Trolley
DCS® Liquid can be fitted with castors for mobility or with a specially designed support for the correct positioning of the drum.
A special mobile trolley with an integrated rotation system can also be provided to easily rotate the drum into position for correct drum opening alignment.
DCS® Dummy Drum
When emptying canisters which are difficult to seal, a special dummy drum can be used to place the canister inside which allows proper sealing of the system.

The dummy drum can be equipped with an internal support to correctly position the canister at the proper height and right orientation.
